Region 4 Monthly Meetings

If you are planning on joining us for dinner, an RSVP will now be required.

Recently, we have given the restaurants a count, only to have a large number of people come that had not let us know, or people have RSVP'd and then not come. Both of these create some hardships for the Region, and the restaurant where we are meeting, extra costs to the Region, and space at the restaurant.

Therefore, the Board has decided to impose a 15% surcharge on the dinner costs for those members who show up and did not make a reservation. This will become effective with the January 2005 meetings.
